If you wish to return an online order outside of the 14 day returns window, but within 30 days, we can offer you a credit note at our discretion.

Kindly note, all 70%+ discounted items are for final sale. No refund or credit note are offered after the 14 day period.

The returning item/s must be in the original condition in which they were sent out, with their original packaging, labels and any promotional items associated to the purchase, for the return to be approved and processed.
